Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Bolista Body website, programs, and services, you agree to the following:
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our site or coaching programs
• All content (logos, text, images, videos, programs) is owned by Bolista Body and may not be copied, resold, or used without permission
• Product pricing, availability, and service terms may change at any time
• We reserve the right to cancel orders, deny service, or block access if terms are violated

Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

You may request a full refund within 5 days of your purchase. Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted within this 5-day period by emailing our support team at Bolistabodyofficial@gmail.com.

Physical Products (BBL Kit and All Items)
All physical products must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, any item that has been worn, used, or comes into contact with the body is not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Digital Products and Services
All digital products, downloadable content, coaching programs, and personal training services are non-refundable once accessed, delivered, or used.

No Guarantee of Results
Results from the BBL Kit, fitness programs, coaching, or any related services are not guaranteed. Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, and other personal factors.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact our support team first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of future purchases
  • Denial of refunds
  • Collection actions for recovered losses, including fees, costs, and expenses

We reserve the right to provide order details, delivery confirmation, IP address data, and communication records to financial institutions to dispute chargebacks.

Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of this policy, or violation of these terms.
